I ran a successful Minecraft network for 7 years, consistently maintaining 100-200+ concurrent players and reaching a peak of 1,600 players. Beyond my own projects, I've worked as a systems administrator with dozens of the top Minecraft networks, learning what works and what doesn't at scale.
