• • Your server complies with our Server Listing Rules
• • Your server does not contain prohibited content

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms or our rules.

Our voting system is subject to the following rules:

• • Votes must be cast by real users, not bots or scripts
• • Each user may vote once per server every 12 hours
• • Vote manipulation of any kind is prohibited
• • We may reset votes or adjust rankings to maintain integrity

Violations may result in vote removal, listing suspension, or account termination.

Sponsored placement purchases are subject to the following:

• • All payments are processed through Stripe
• • Winning bids are non-refundable once the sponsored period begins
• • Losing bids are automatically refunded
• • We reserve the right to reject bids from servers that violate our rules
• • Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension

Prices and availability of sponsored slots are subject to change without notice.

You agree not to:

• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights
• • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Scrape or harvest data without permission
• • Impersonate others or provide false information
• • Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hytale Top Servers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit (server descriptions, images, etc.) but grant us a license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

"Hytale" is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Hypixel Studios.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• • Server listings are accurate or reliable
• • Any server you join will be safe or appropriate
• • Defects will be corrected

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party servers listed on our platform. Use any server at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings.
